Improvisation is the unique in its content and extremely significant kind of art regardless of the artistic style and direction. Perhaps it is more than other genres further the development of artist's creative potential and self-realisation. The main feature of it is the absolute absence of creator's self-sufficiency, because the success of improvisational performance is directly depends on the audience condition as well as on the performer's ability to feel and to display current situation in sounds, gestures and movements here and now. At the same time a performer and people are like the parts of an united organism, they communicate and form certain emotional environment which promotes not only performer's self-expression, but also strong emotional feelings of the audience.

Given project presents the Second Festival of Improvisational Kinds of Art and it is the logical continuation of the first effort to support improvisation (1999). Project is aimed at the supporting and developing of the improvisational genre, its popularisation among creative and all interested in people and also setting creative contacts as well as promoting the exchange of experience at both national and international levels. The Festival program contemplates the creation of open art environment in which all the participants and eyewitnesses will live during five festival days.
