Born on November 6, 1983 in Odessa (Ukraine) in family of musicians. His father: Ph.D. Oleksandr Perepelytsya - pianist, Director of the Annual International Festival of Modern Art "Two Days and Two Nights of New Music"; his mother: Karmella Tsepkolenko - famous Ukrainian composer, Ph.D, Prof. at Odessa State A.V.Nezhdanova Musical Academy, founder and President of International Organization Association New Music - Ukrainian Section of the International Society for Contemporary Music/ISCM , founder and Artistic Director of Annual International Festival of Modern Art "Two Days and Two Nights of New Music".
He has began to paint in childhood (his kid's paintings were used in books by Î.Perepelytsya and Ê.Tsepkolenko "Artistic Games" and by V.Razhnikov "English for everybody".
When he was 7 years old he began to study piano. He graduated from P.S.Stoliarsky Odessa Special Music (eleven-year) boarding School (2001), piano class of lecturer O.Pannikova. Now he is a third year student at Odessa State A.V.Nezhdanova Music Academy, piano class of Prof. V.Dashkovsky.
He participated in the following International musical events: International Pianists Competition "Rendezvous International du Piano Creuse" (Gueret, France, 1993); Third International Seminar of Contemporary Music (St.-Petersburg, Russia, 1994); International Festival "The Days of New Music" (Chisinau, Moldova, 2000); 6, 7, 9 International Festival of Modern Art "Two Days and Two Nights of New Music" (Odessa, Ukraine, 2000, 2001, 2003). He was a participant of concerts in Odessa, Kyiv (Ukraine), Duren, Heilbronn, Freiburg, Baden-Baden, Schreyan, Worpswede, Gutenzell (Germany), Rheins (France).
He also participated in the International master-classes for pianists (Prof. K.Hellwig, Prof. K.Steinegger, Prof. C.Zerah, Biel, Switzerland, 2001).
He is 3rd Prize Laureate at the 2nd International Competition for children and young musicians "Sribny Dzvin", nomination "piano and organ" in the older age category (Uzhgorod, Ukraine, October, 2001). At the same competition he was awarded the Prize of the Auditory's Sympathy and Special Prize for the Best Performance of Contemporary Music. In October 2003 he participated in Bremen Klavier-wettbewerb piano competition.
In 2003 he was invited by the Dresden Center of Contemporary Music/DZzM for the Dresden Music Scholarship as one of participant for the International Musical Stage project, which was supported by outstanding musicians and composers as tutors. The scholars built International ensemble "Pass_ΠΟΡΤ" and prepared a program for the Festival Dresdner Tage der zeitgenossischen Musik/Dresden Days of Contemporary Music. Dresden Days of Contemporary Music (October, 2004).
He performs solo programs with contemporary and classic music.
He has recordings on radio and CDs.
